American Tobacco Company Document Site
Access to the Brown & Williamson and the American Tobacco Company via the website http://www.bwdocs.com/public.asp. was disabled in 2005. In 2004, R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Holdings (RJRT) and Brown & Williamson merged to form Reynolds American Inc. Access to ATC documents is now via the RJ Reynolds document site.

In 2004, R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Holdings (RJRT) and Brown & Williamson merged to form Reynolds American Inc. The B&W document site (http://www.bwdocs.com/public.asp) was disabled in 2005 and access to B&W documents is now via the RJ Reynolds document site.

The Council for Tobacco Research Document Site
Provides access to documents produced by CTR plus other documents produced between October 23, 1998 and June 30, 2010 in smoking and health actions. The CTR site has a similar search interface to the RJ Reynolds tobacco document site. The search functions require Internet Explorer, version 5.0 or higher.

Lorillard Tobacco Company Document Site
Provides access to documents produced by Lorillard in Attorney General actions and select civil actions, and to documents produced from October 23, 1998 to June 30, 2010, in smoking and health actions. The Lorillard search interface is similar to that of the Philip Morris and the Tobacco Institute's websites.

Philip Morris Incorporated Document Site
The Philip Morris site includes documents produced by Philip Morris Incorporated in Attorney General reimbursement lawsuits as well as select civil actions and also provides access to documents produced between October 23, 1998 and June 30, 2010 in smoking and health actions. The Philip Morris search engine is similar to both Lorillard's and The Tobacco Institute's websites.

R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company Online Litigation Document Archive
Provides access to documents produced by R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company made available through the Master Settlement Agreement. The RJR search interface is similar to the CTR search engine. The search functions require Internet Explorer, version 5.0 or higher.

The Tobacco Institute Document Site
Provides access to documents produced by The Tobacco Institute as well as to documents produced between October 23, 1998 and June 30, 2010 in smoking and health actions. The Tobacco Institute document search facility is similar to that of the Philip Morris and the Tobacco Institute's websites.

Bliley Documents
Tom Bliley provided a website of subpoenaed Tobacco Documents at http://www.house.gov/commerce/TobaccoDocs/documents.html. These documents can be accessed on the Tobacco Documents Online (tobaccodocuments.org) website.
