Tobacco (Vending Machine Ban) Amendment Act 2004
An Act to amend the Tobacco Act 1927. Cigarette vending machines will be banned from public places in the ACT by the end of 2006.

Smoke-free Areas (Enclosed Public Places) Act 1994
An Act to prohibit or restrict tobacco smoking in certain enclosed public places, and for related purposes. ACT Health are seeking public comment on proposals to phase out the exemptions under this Act. The consultation period is from 20 June 2003 until 31 July 2003. Tobacco Products (Health Warnings) Act 1986
This was an Act to provide for the printing of health warnings on containers in which certain tobacco products are packaged. The Act was made redundant by the Trade Practices (Consumer Product Information Standards) (Tobacco) Regulations (Cwlth) which provide for nationally agreed health warnings for tobacco product packages.

An Act to restrict smoking in certain public places and workplaces, to regulate packaging, advertising (including through sponsorship), and display of tobacco and other smoking products, to regulate conduct of premises at which tobacco and other smoking products are sold by retail, to prohibit sale and supply of tobacco and other smoking products to children, and for related purposes.

An Act to restrict the sale of tobacco products, and for related purposes. The Tobacco Act 1992 (Act No. 47 of 1992) and the Tobacco Amendment Act 1993 (Act No. 20 of 1993) were repealed under the Tobacco Act 2002.
