Responsible governments should do everything possible to discourage people from smoking. The tobacco lobby reacts dramatically when anyone suggests that something is wrong with its product. I know of no person involved in health matters or a health organization that gives any support to the smoking of tobacco. They all say it leads to many medical problems.
